End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “you”) and Mums in Science Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the Women in STEM Network digital platform.

By accessing or using our services, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership

All content, software, design, and intellectual property on the platform remains the sole property of Mums in Science Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Circumvent security measures or access non-public areas
Share your login credentials
Use the platform to harm, harass, or impersonate others

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of this Agreement. You may also terminate your use at any time by deleting your account.

5. No Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding performance, availability, or accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
