Each year the Women in STEM Network hosts two global community meetings designed specifically for our members. These meetings provide an opportunity for women across the network to connect, share experiences, and help shape the future of the community.

Online so everyone can attend
Because our members are located around the world, we hold two annual sessions in different time zones so that everyone has a reasonable opportunity to attend.
These meetings are intentionally informal and interactive. They allow members to meet one another, connect with Women in STEM Network ambassadors, and speak directly with the organisers about the direction of the network.
Each session includes a 30-minute panel discussion featuring women working across STEM disciplines, followed by open discussion and small breakout rooms where members can meet, ask questions, and exchange ideas.
The goal of these meetings is simple: to bring the community together, listen to our members, and ensure the Women in STEM Network continues to provide the support, opportunities, and resources that women in STEM need most.
March Community Meeting: Scheduled for members in the Americas, the UK, and Europe.
September Community Meeting: Scheduled at a timeĀ for members in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
Both meetings follow the same format and offer the same opportunities for members to participate.
Members are welcome to attend whichever session best suits their time zone.
