Pay what you can afford
Fairness, not fees, because access should never depend on income
Access a growing collection of accredited training sessions and on demand webinars. Topics include leadership, communication, technical upskilling, career resilience, job search strategies, and practical insights from women working across the STEM landscape. Members also receive access to free downloadable books and career development tools that complement each session.
New webinars, downloadable materials, and learning tools are added regularly. Designed by experts and practitioners, each session focuses on the real-world challenges faced by women in STEM, helping you strengthen both technical and soft skills.
As a Founding Member, you are invited to share your personal journey through an optional pre-recorded webinar or written feature. This is a chance to highlight your career achievements, the challenges you have overcome, and your advice for others navigating similar paths. Selected sessions may be included in our CPD-accredited library to inspire and guide the next generation of women in STEM.
Your insight helps shape the Women in STEM Network from the ground up. Founding Members are invited to provide feedback on new tools, features, and content as the platform continues to grow.

We believe everyone should have access to support, mentoring, and opportunities in STEM, whatever their situation.
We operate an honour system and simply ask that you contribute what you can afford.
Some members may be students, single parents, or between jobs, while others are in a position to pay more to help sustain the network.
Whatever your circumstances, your contribution helps us keep resources, mentoring, and events accessible to women in STEM worldwide.
