I am a Science Book Editor with research background in biodiversity and microbiology.

Currently working at Kagakudojin (株式会社化学同人) in Japan, I bring together academic training and editorial experience to translate complex science into clear, engaging books. I hold an MSc in Taxonomy, Biodiversity and Evolution from Imperial College London (joint program with the Natural History Museum), with hands-on experience in eDNA analysis, microbial ecology, and algal diversity research in Arctic environments.

Previously, I worked as a web editor at a science and technology publisher, bridging researchers and general audiences through accessible, accurate content.

I am passionate about science communication, editorial work, and creating books that connect researchers with society.
